As CIO and part of Affinity’s leadership team, Art helps shape our vision and keep our data—and our clients’ data—secure. He leads our tech ops team, making sure they have the right tools and tech to do their best work for our clients

Art started out as a law firm administrator, handling billing, tech, and people. He got hooked on using technology to make firms run more efficiently, which led him to consulting at HMU—one of the companies that became Affinity. Over the years, he’s worn a lot of hats, eventually joining the leadership team. Now, he helps guide both our consulting and internal teams, always looking for ways to use data to make better decisions and drive success. He loves that his job keeps him constantly learning. In an industry that’s always evolving—and at a company that’s grown and changed so much—there’s always something new to figure out. He says that staying adaptable and always improving is what keeps his job exciting.

Personal Details

Art is a cancer survivor with a passion for helping other survivors and their families. He is the captain of his own team for an annual bike ride and fundraiser in Columbus called Pelotonia which has raised over $80,000 for cancer research at the James Cancer Hospital at THE Ohio State University.
