Cancellation
Your tuition will be refunded if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will get credit to attend another class of your choice. Affinity Consulting Group, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any classes. In the event we cancel a class and are not able to reschedule you to attend a different session, your payment will be refunded.
Instructors
We reserve the right to instructor substitution per our sessions.
We reserve the right to inform of the substitution at the beginning of the scheduled session.
We always maintain the level of instruction by providing a person who is certified in the particular class you have registered.
Affinity Consulting Group, LLC guarantees that our certified consultants are trained and experienced in providing you and your firm the information necessary for your efficiency.
